The local YR club was hoping to promote a Get-Out-The-Vote effort within the city of Buckhead. They wanted to showcase all of their candidates running for various seats in a non-traditional creative way.

Even though the story didn't completely turn out how they hoped, such are elections. However, we wanted to do this in the style of a Top-Gun movie poster. Top-Gun: Maverick had recently hit theaters and was a huge success. The old school patriotism that the movie refreshingly brought out from Hollywood was a sensation that we needed to capitalize on.

The utilization of photoshop was heavy in this as not all pictures were of the best quality, or full body shots workable for this type of request. Careful positioning and element dimensions helped cover for all of that. A former member of a sitting Congresswoman's staff reached out to inform us this was "One of the best political creatives he had ever seen".
