After a few iterations of colors, yellow mixed with a dark theme was the decided approach for a few reasons. Firstly, the competitors aren't really using it which sets Sierra Zulu apart immediately.

The other reason is that yellow has been taught to cause pause and caution. That split second where your eye darts to that and you give pause is exactly what we needed in order for this product to standout on the end cap shelves of stores more.

Most other competitors are using full colors or a mostly white based design. Using mostly dark theme with yellow accents helped to further distinct this product's presence on the shelf. The Silver of the product offers the added balance between the yellow and black.
